Position Description

A healthcare network in New York is actively seeking a licensed Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their outpatient cardiology practice at one of their facilities on Staten Island.

About the Opportunity:

Specialty: Cardiology
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:30am to 5:30p

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive evaluations, wellness visits, and routine primary care services as a Family NP.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
Order and interpret labs, x-rays, EKGs, and other diagnostic tests.
Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education.
Prescribe medications and coordinate care with physicians and specialists.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing; Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
Active New York State NP license and DEA (or eligibility).
Primary care experience preferred; strong new graduates considered.
Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and patient-care skills.
