Title: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Assistant Program Director

Location: Yonkers, NY (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Day Shift, Monday-Friday (Flexible Schedule Available!)

Compensation

Pay Range: $175,000 - $190,000 Per Year

One of the largest community outpatient mental health providers in Westchester County, is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) for a leadership role overseeing the integration of behavioral health and primary care.

We are seeking current and emerging leaders for this position!

Role Highlights

Leadership and administrative oversight of integrated care programs
Direct psychiatric outpatient care (evaluations & follow-ups)
Serve on the psychiatry medical leadership team.
Oversee and provide direct medical and nursing services, including staff education and quality assurance.
Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

NY-licensed PMHNP-BC
DEA & Medicaid
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
Experience in behavioral health; primary care experience a plus
Spanish fluency preferred
