Job Summary:

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our practice and provide comprehensive pediatric care. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate provider who enjoys working with children and their families, is comfortable managing both acute and chronic conditions, and values teamwork in a patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct well-child visits, physical exams, and developmental screenings.
  • Diagnose and manage common pediatric illnesses and chronic conditions.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and imaging.
  • Provide immunizations and preventive care in accordance with AAP guidelines.
  • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness.
  • Prescribe medications and treatment plans in compliance with Massachusetts state regulations.
  • Collaborate with pediatricians and the care team to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing (MSN/DNP) from an accredited program.
  • Board certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-PC) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
  • Active and unrestricted Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Massachusetts prescriptive authority and DEA registration (or eligibility).
  • Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
